SOFHA 's technical support includes written, telephone, email, and/or FTP-Server consultation with respect to operation and application of products, software, associated coded font programs, software drivers, and other software for products and hardware.

A technical support hotline is also provided during SOFHA 's business hours.

Additionally, OEM receives a web site support address providing secure log-on and access privileges from which OEM may receive services. The log-on privileges are exclusively given to OEM. SOFHA provides and maintains web site access to an OEM. This web site is used for information such as: support, listings of the latest software updates, FAQ's, technical bulletins, and software release status as well as other OEM pertinent information.
